Processing time

• • Orders usually ship within 5 business days unless there are circumstances that may cause a delay.  In which case, I will contact you about the shipping date
    
  • Custom orders will take up to 4 weeks to complete and may require sourcing of materials.  If circumstances require longer, I will contact you about your order.

International Orders

• • Orders shipped internationally will be tracked and tracking information provide once shipped.  Purchaser is responsible for a custom duties and taxes.

Packaging

• • Each order is packaged in an Ellis Cole Jewelry box.
